Hickory Knoll's Vacation Bible School was a great success! One of the highlights among many was our youngsters singing, "Booster, booster, be a booster, don't be grouchy like a rooster..." In the New Testament, the Bible dicusses a story of the Apostle Peter and a rooster. Join Eric as he discusses this story along with the positive impact it had in Peter's life from that point on.

As the Hickory Knoll congregation prepares for their upcoming Vacation Bible School, Eric presents a lesson on this year's overall theme: "A Blue Ribbon Life: A Study of the Fruit of the Spirit." For some people, Mother's Day is an exciting time to be thankful. For others, however, the day can be rather painful. The series begins with iLove followed by iWorship, iServe, and iLive. The series concludes with iWill. These topics are designed to teach us how to apply God's Word to our lives and to love life doing it! Join Eric as he discusses the challenges associated with being a Christian father in today's world. Walking in truth and in the light is not an easy thing to do, and helping our children to eventually do the same isn't easy either. Join Eric as he considers what can be done to address these challenges. Join Eric as he encourages graduates and the entire congregation to follow the Lord's steps. A child grows up in a Christian home and then leaves the church as an adult. It's every parent's nightmare. Join Eric as he discusses what can be done to avoid it.
