Dr. Shepherd has been serving as local preacher, evangelist, and missionary for 40 years. He has used and taught the Open Bible Study by Ivan Stewart for 32 years. It has proven to be successful in personal teaching of lost souls. He now serves as Dean of the College of General Studies at Amridge University, Montgomery, AL while teaching personal evangelism and missions. He is very much involved in local evangelism and foreign missions, especially Arusha, Tanzania.
